Jason Aldean\u00a0had a simple response to Zach Bryan\u2019s<\/a> continued criticism after the Turning Point USA alternative halftime show.<\/p>\n

Bryan took aim at Aldean and Brantley Gilbert, who performed \u201cDirt Road Anthem\u201d at the Feb. 8 show<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSomething in the Orange\u201d singer posted a video of himself and Harley Carmichael singing a parody of Gilbert\u2019s song \u2013 which Aldean covered on his 2010 album, \u201cMy Kinda Party.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gilbert seemingly laughed off the jab, posting a video of himself eating a chili dog in response to Bryan\u2019s parody song \u2013 which featured the changed lyrics: \u201cChili on a hot dog, talkin\u2019 \u2019bout chili on a hot dog.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c@zachlanebryan, you can climb all the fences you want, you\u2019re not getting my chili dog,\u201d Gilbert wrote in his caption, referencing a video of Bryan\u00a0climbing a fence\u00a0in an argument with fellow country singer Gavin Adcock.<\/p>\n

\u201cBest song I\u2019ve heard from that guy,\u201d Aldean quipped\u00a0in the comments<\/a>, referring to Bryan\u2019s parody.<\/p>\n

The online back-and-forth comes after Bad Bunny took the stage at Super Bowl LX. Bryan initially criticized the TPUSA halftime show on Instagram.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat kid rock actually thinks is happening across America,\u201d he wrote on his Instagram Story, per Whiskey Riff.<\/p>\n

The video featured Bryan\u2019s friend watching the\u00a0TPUSA show\u00a0on a cell phone, while pretending not to watch the Bad Bunny-led performance playing on the television in the background.<\/p>\n

He shared a message he received from a follower that read, \u201cwtf happens to you? Boy you turned into a Hollywood sell out b\u2014- real quick. You were my favorite artist. Now you are nothing but another dumba\u2013 out of touch elitist. S\u2013t happens real quick homie.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bryan wrote, \u201cI don\u2019t care what side you\u2019re on, a bunch of adults throwing temper tantrums and their own halftime show is embarrassing as hell and the most cringe s\u2013t on the planet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The show, featuring Gilbert, Kid Rock, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett, streamed on YouTube at the same time as the\u00a0Super Bowl halftime show\u00a0with Bad Bunny took place.<\/p>\n

Fans were quick to criticize Bryan\u2019s remarks.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhere\u2019d your patriotism go?\u201d one fan wrote on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLook who didn\u2019t get invited to the Super Bowl or the turning point halftime show,\u201d another commented.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201clol go throw another cringe worth tantrum Zach and get over your jealousy of KidRock! lol! Your career is over lol\u201d one added.<\/p>\n
