The initiative, chaired by Trump, is designed to oversee Gaza\u2019s demilitarization and reconstruction under a U.N.-endorsed ceasefire framework. <\/p>\n

Another Commission spokesperson, Anouar El Anouni, said the EU still has \u201ca number of questions\u201d about elements of the Board\u2019s charter, including its governance and its compatibility with the U.N. Charter.<\/p>\n
