Angellica Bell could finally address her shock axe from the Martin Lewis<\/a> Money Show Live during her stay in the Celebrity Big Brother<\/a> house.<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old presenter is joined by a star-studded (and chaotic) cast including JoJo Siwa<\/a>, Pasty, EastEnders\u2019 Patsy Palmer<\/a>, actress Donna Preston and former Tory MP Sir Michael Fabricant<\/a> on the ITV reality series.<\/p>\n

And the CBBC icon\u2019s husband Michael Underwood \u2013 who pivoted from a career as a TV presenter to teaching primary school \u2013 is keeping fans abreast of all the Angellica updates while she is in the house. <\/p>\n

The pair have been married since 2010 and share two children together who Michael joked he would have to \u2018keep alive\u2019 while the media personality was away filming.<\/p>\n

Now, in a social media video <\/a>(launching a series analysing every episode of the new season), Michael hinted that we could see a new side to Angelica that doesn\u2019t always \u2018come through\u2019 when she\u2019s on our screens. <\/p>\n

In 2023, there was uproar when she abruptly departed her hosting gig <\/a>on\u00a0The\u00a0Martin Lewis\u00a0Money Show Live\u00a0and joined Channel 5\u2019s rival rebranded Gadget Show \u2013 Shop Smart, Save Money.<\/p>\n

She was replaced by former Olympian and broadcaster Jeanette Kwakye instead.<\/p>\n

In his new video, Michael said: \u2018Now obviously it would be foolish not to say she\u2019s the underdog in this team, but I hope she goes in there and shows you what I see every day and have seen every day since we met 25 years ago, and what I\u2019ve seen every day since we\u2019ve been married.<\/p>\n

\u2018Just that kind, funny, straight-talking person and I hope you get to see that, because I think in all the other stuff she\u2019s done on TV, that\u2019s not always come through, because of the type of show that she\u2019s working on.\u2019<\/p>\n

On TikTok<\/a> one fan then commented: \u2018Why did she stop working with Martin Lewis? I thought they were great together.\u2019<\/p>\n

To which Michael replied: \u2018It\u2019s not for me to say but she might talk about it on Celebrity Big Brother.\u2019<\/p>\n

At the time, ITV insisted that the broadcaster\u2019s relationship with Angellica had remained \u2018amicable\u2019 and sources claimed Martin was \u2018staying out of it\u2019 as it was not in his hands.<\/p>\n

As an insider explained there were reportedly concerns over \u2018editorial contradictions\u2019 given the similarity of Angellica\u2019s new gig with Channel 5 and the work she was doing on the ITV show with Martin.<\/p>\n

She was seemingly \u2018bumped off air with no warning\u2019 just days before filming was set to begin, despite co-hosting the ongoing series since 2017, leaving staff \u2018stunned\u2019per The Sun.<\/a><\/p>\n

A year prior, in 2022, she had nothing but praise for the financial expert who also appears on Loose Women, This Morning and Good Morning Britain to dispense his money-saving hacks.<\/p>\n

She told Metro<\/strong>: \u2018What he does is incredible! And we talk behind the scenes, he is working tirelessly to help people.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018When the show used to be out, we\u2019d be recording and people would come up, we would stop recording and be like \u201cAngellica do you mind\u201d and he\u2019d go and talk to those people.<\/p>\n

\u2018He just wants the best for everyone and he\u2019s got a great heart.\u2019<\/p>\n

Celebrity Big Brother has had a turbulent start after Mickey Rourke sparked outrage<\/a> for his \u2018creepy\u2019 behaviour towards host AJ Odudu during the launch episode.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, viewers are sceptical of the apparent \u2018showmance\u2019 <\/a>between Chris Hughes and Ella Rae Wise, thinking it could have been pre-planned.<\/p>\n
