Jake Paul has gone under the knife for a second time in two months.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The YouTuber-turned-boxer had his jaw broken by Anthony Joshua during a sixth-round knockout loss in December.<\/a><\/p>\n

He was subsequently rushed to hospital, where he had two titanium plates fitted on each side and several teeth removed.<\/p>\n

Paul was forced to drink his Christmas dinner through a straw, but his woes haven’t ended there.<\/p>\n

On Friday, he took to Instagram to share with his 29 million followers that he had undergone another surgery.<\/p>\n

“Had to get another jaw surgery,” Paul said.<\/p>\n

“The screws and plates were coming loose because apparently I didn’t rest for the past 2 months whatttttttt?”<\/p>\n

Paul’s post was accompanied by some AI-generated videos of his reconstructed jaw, as well as some real ones of him being accompanied to the hospital by his fianc\u00e9e, Jutta Leerdam.<\/p>\n

‘The Problem Child’ was recently out in Italy to witness Leerdam win gold and silver at the Winter Olympics in the 1000m and 500m speedskating events<\/a> respectively.<\/p>\n

He has yet to resume training and would have been closing in on a return to the gym were it not for the recent setback.<\/p>\n

Paul had planned to launch a comeback in the second half of 2026.<\/p>\n

However, those plans will now have to be put on hold. <\/p>\n

Before his most recent treatment, Paul’s manager, Nakisa Bidarian, had told Sky Sports: “He wants to come back.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s asking me to start negotiating some fights.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think anywhere from August to November, you can expect Jake Paul<\/a> to be back in the boxing ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want him to come to the UK and fight. That\u2019s what I would love to see.\u201d<\/p>\n
