Opening up about his toned physique, he said, \u201cI have always been into weight training. I am a little more careful now. My shape is better, but my size\u2026could be better. I always loved <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/sudhanshu-pandey-fitness-routine-6-packs-abs-vegetarian-diet-knee-injuries-9790753\/\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">training<\/a><\/strong>. During the pandemic, I cleaned up a lot. I went and got a barbell, I got a squat rack, I got a bench and had 340 (154 kilos) pounds of weight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking with fitness buff Bani J on his podcast, he said he also does \u201cpower building, which is a mix of both.\u201d \u201cI am doing a little backward walking to get the blood flow better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"lazyloading\" decoding=\"async\" data-lazy-type=\"lazyloading-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/track_1x1.jpg\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/track_1x1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1px\" height=\"1px\" style=\"display:none;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Talking about his fitness routine, he told actor Rohit Roy in another episode, \u201cI train everywhere I go. I find a gym somewhere. I do fast workouts. I don\u2019t do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/puneet-issar-duryodhan-mahabharat-fitness-martial-arts-66-farah-khans-cooking-show-benefits-9790482\/\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cardio<\/a><\/strong>. I don\u2019t walk,\u201d said Broacha, who is now down to 187 pounds (84 kilos).<\/p>\n<p>Story continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>Opening up about his <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/navjot-singh-sidhu-weight-loss-33-kilos-diet-fitness-routine-expert-9805462\/\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">diet<\/a><\/strong>, he told Roy that he fasts from 7 pm to 7 am. \u201d I don\u2019t eat 7-7. My eggs start going in. Reality is that you can\u2019t go so extreme (with diets),\u201d said Broacha.<\/p>\n<p>He told Bani that he doesn\u2019t track macros much. \u201cI eat well in the first half of the day. I eat eggs.
