Dr Amir Khan turned to his supporters for comfort following what he branded a ‘horrendous’ mishap. The well-known NHS<\/a> medic, who regularly features as an expert on TV, has built a devoted fanbase through his candid, lighthearted videos tackling important health matters.<\/p>\n He took to Instagram<\/a>, where he boasts an impressive following of over 960,000, to share what he dubbed a ‘really awkward’ experience. He revealed: “Guys, literally the most embarrassing thing has just happened.<\/p>\n “I was staying at a hotel and I was in the lift from the lobby up to my room, um, and I was alone in the lift and I was listening to my headphones. I was listening to the Backstreet Boys, ‘I Want It That Way’, and I turned to the mirror and started miming and then slowly started dancing because I was alone and I thought I was going all the way to the sixth floor and I’d just get there.<\/p>\n “But it stopped around floor two and I didn’t realise the doors had opened and there was this family that came in halfway through my dance routine, miming, oh my God it was just horrendous and then I had to endure four floors up with them and it was really awkward.”<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n The confession sparked considerable hilarity amongst his legion of followers. “Och, just embrace it!” remarked one person, whilst another declared: “OMG I love you.”<\/p>\n “Just say, dancing is good for your health and get them to join in!
