\n Sugo, a sister restaurant to Paesano pizza, first opened within the former Herald building on Mitchell Street in the city centre in 2019.\n<\/p>\n
\n Known for its compact menu of 10 Italian-inspired pasta dishes and a strict walk-ins-only policy, the restaurant has enjoyed enduring success with queues often extending out the door at peak dining times.\n<\/p>\n
