An investigation is underway after the body of a male was found outside a property in Birmingham<\/a>.<\/p>\n West Midlands Police<\/a> and West Midlands Fire Service were called to a house on Yardley<\/a> Wood Road just after 2pm when they made the grim discovery.<\/p>\n Here are the full details of everything we know so far about the shocking incident.<\/p>\n What has happened and when ?<\/strong><\/p>\n West Midlands Police officers were called to an address on Yardley Wood Road, just after 2pm on Tuesday.<\/p>\n They immediately launched an investigation and have cordoned off the scene.<\/p>\n According to images taken from the scene, a blue police tent has been placed outside a property in order to shield it from public view.<\/p>\n A door was also taken off the hinges and placed outside.<\/p>\n What have West Midlands Police said ?<\/strong><\/p>\n “We’re investigating after the body of a man was found outside an address on Yardley Wood Road, Birmingham, shortly after 2pm this afternoon (24 Feb).<\/p>\n “The man’s death is currently being treated as unexplained and we are carrying out further enquiries.”<\/p>\n What did West Midlands Fire Service say ?<\/strong><\/p>\n When contacted, the fire service said it was a police matter and referred all enquiries back to them.<\/p>\n
