The wider \u00a310m facility gives the group significant headroom to pursue further acquisitions and invest in operational capacity, talent and technology as it scales across the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of PFSS represents a significant milestone for Preventr, strengthening the group\u2019s installation and compliance capabilities and complementing its established fire door manufacturing expertise, which positions the firm to deliver a full-scope passive fire protection service on a national basis.<\/p>\n<p>Operating within a market driven by increasing regulatory scrutiny and heightened building safety accountability, the expanded group is better positioned to support clients across social housing, NHS, commercial real estate, airports and large residential portfolios; complex, highly regulated environments where compliance and safety are critical.<\/p>\n<p>Founded on strong technical expertise and industry accreditations, Preventr employs 75 people nationwide. The business is now focused on the roll-out of bespoke, AI-powered technology to analyse clients\u2019 building safety data, enabling smarter prioritisation of fire safety actions and helping engineers work more efficiently through compliance backlogs \u2013 further strengthening its position in the UK fire safety market.<\/p>\n<p>The funding structure supports Preventr\u2019s buy-and-build strategy while enabling internal transformation initiatives to reinforce its long-term market leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Jamil Anakkar, Founder and Chief Executive of Preventr, said: \u201cThe financial support provided by Growth Lending has enabled us to accelerate our pace of growth through acquisitions as well as internal transformation projects, helping us to position as a leader in the UK fire safety marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe acquisition of PFSS is an important milestone for the group as it complements our existing fire door manufacturing capability.
