{"id":787234,"date":"2026-02-25T03:54:13","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T03:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/787234\/"},"modified":"2026-02-25T03:54:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T03:54:13","slug":"bradford-football-development-centre-to-host-trials-in-association-with-leeds-united","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/787234\/","title":{"rendered":"Bradford football development centre to host trials in association with Leeds United"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">AN elite football development centre has announced new trials for young players.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">BEAP Elite Development Centre will host the trials for pupils in Years 3 to 8 on February 28 and March 1, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The events will be run in partnership with Leeds United Football Club and are designed to identify and nurture emerging football talent in a professional setting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Shahidur Rahman, executive director at BEAP, said: &#8220;We are proud to continue expanding opportunities for young people through our Elite Development Centre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;Partnering with Leeds United allows us to raise standards, inspire ambition, and provide a professional environment where talented players can be challenged and supported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;These trials are about more than football ability \u2013 they are about attitude, commitment, and giving young players the confidence to believe in their potential.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The programme offers a pathway aligned with elite academy standards, providing structured training and assessment in both indoor and outdoor environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Daniel Kearney of Leeds United Academy said: &#8220;Our partnership with BEAP is focused on creating meaningful development opportunities for young players in Bradford.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;The strength and appeal of the Leeds United badge helps attract a wider pool of players, raising standards and creating a highly competitive environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"AN elite football development centre has announced new trials for young players.
