An investigation has been launched after a burglar broke into a property in Bristol, stealing a number of items.<\/p>\n

A man broke into a property on St George’s Road and stole a backpack, cash, jewellery and a digital camera.<\/p>\n

Officers carried out house-to-house and forensic investigations.<\/p>\n

Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to identify in connection to the burglary investigation.<\/p>\n

The man is described by police as south Asian, in his mid 20s and roughly 5ft 5ins tall.<\/p>\n

He is of stocky build and had a beard.<\/p>\n

In the images shared by police, he was wearing a black turban and a big dark-coloured jacket.<\/p>\n

The man also had in dark trousers and a rucksack and carrier bag.<\/p>\n

Avon and Somerset Police said: “We\u2019re issuing a CCTV image of a man we want to identify in connection with a burglary investigation in Bristol.<\/p>\n

“Between 10.30pm and 11.15pm on Tuesday 28 January, a man went into a property in St George\u2019s Road and stole a backpack, cash, jewellery and a digital camera.<\/p>\n

“Officers have carried out house-to-house and forensic enquiries as part of the ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n

“The man in the image is described as being south Asian, in his mid-twenties, about 5ft 5ins, of stocky build, with a beard.<\/p>\n

“He was wearing a black turban, a big dark-coloured jacket, dark trousers and he had with him a rucksack and carrier bag.<\/p>\n
