It\u2019s the capital\u2019s first fest dedicated to pickling, brining and fermenting<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re obsessed with all things pickled, you\u2019ll wanna get these dates in your diary \u2013 London\u2019s first pickle festival<\/a> is coming to town across Sat 12th & Sun 13th September. The Big Brine, co-founded by Emma and Clarice, who have backgrounds in events and event catering, will bring together the worlds of food, wellness and sustainability by showcasing the craft and culture behind brining and fermenting.<\/p>\n

Obvs there\u2019ll be a load of pickled, brined and fermented food to try across the two-day festival, held at Hackney Bridge, but you\u2019ll also be able to meet the makers making waves in the space, hands-on demonstrations, chef takeovers, live music, entertainment and more.<\/p>\n
