It&#8217;s free.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The kitchen at Simpsons is led by chef Luke Tipping and the business is owned by Andreas Antona, who <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/top-birmingham-restaurant-michelin-star-30844243\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"put it on the market earlier this yearLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">put it on the market earlier this year<\/a> after announcing <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/godfather-birmingham-food-retire-after-30844482\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"his forthcoming retirementLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">his forthcoming retirement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The restaurant is described as a &#8216;long-standing jewel&#8217; in the regional culinary scene by Michelin with &#8216;balanced and pure&#8217; dishes boasting &#8216;subtle modern touches and a pleasing clarity of flavour&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Now more customers will be able to get a taste of the food that has given the restaurant such high acclaim for the last three decades, with its lower-cost lunch menu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Announcing the change, Simpsons wrote: &#8220;You asked, and we listened.
