Even though I\u2019ve been practicing for so long, I\u2019m no more bendy than the average person, but it makes me feel good and I never regret taking just 45 minutes for myself.\u2019 <\/p>\n<p>2. I bookmark certain classes \u2013 like one that\u2019s half an hour, one that\u2019s 45 minutes, and one that\u2019s an hour, and I just slot it in.\u2019 In a separate interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosmopolitan.com\/uk\/beauty-hair\/celebrity-hair-makeup\/a22886\/cat-deeley-hair-body-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.cosmopolitan.com\/uk\/beauty-hair\/celebrity-hair-makeup\/a22886\/cat-deeley-hair-body-interview\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Cosmopolitan\" data-node-id=\"10.5.0\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">Cosmopolitan<\/a>, she added: \u2018I do yoga four times a week.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>3. She hikes every day <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"13\" class=\"css-1azokga emevuu60\">When she\u2019s not presenting on This Morning, Cat likes to take a daily hike. In the same interview with Cosmopolitan, she said: \u2018[I] try to go on a hike every day. Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference \u2013 I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn&#8217;t done it, it feels amazing.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>4. She relies on yoga to manage her mental health, as well as her physical <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"15\" class=\"css-1azokga emevuu60\">\u2018Yoga really works for me because you have to concentrate on your breathing and your movement at the same time, so it stops my brain from going a million miles an hour,\u2019 she shared. <\/p>\n<p>5. Talent? Questionable. Enthusiasm? Undeniable. Anyone for tennis?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>6. She swears by the Mediterranean diet <img alt=\"cat deeley\" title=\"cat deeley\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1800\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" style=\"color:transparent;width:100%;height:auto;\"   src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-429774-6819ea67036a5.jpeg\" class=\"css-0 e1g79fud0\"\/><\/p>\n<p>@catdeeley\/\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"21\" class=\"css-1azokga emevuu60\">\u2018A Mediterranean diet suits me. I like a little bit of everything \u2013 predominantly fruits and vegetables and a bit of protein \u2013 but I love French bread, red wine and a coffee. Like fitness, diet is about finding what works for you, and that way you can do it on a regular basis. If you listen to everything on food, it&#8217;s like, \u201cwell now you can&#8217;t eat potatoes\u201d, and \u201chave you heard about eggs?\u201d, \u201cdon&#8217;t have dairy\u201d \u2013 and then you look at what&#8217;s actually in some oat milks and that\u2019s not good!<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"22\" class=\"css-1azokga emevuu60\">\u2018I think you need to listen to your body. Pay attention and see what makes your skin better, see what makes you feel better, see what gives you a better night&#8217;s sleep\u2026,\u2019 she told Harper\u2019s Bazaar. <\/p>\n<p>7. She juices every morning <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"24\" class=\"css-1azokga emevuu60\">\u2018In the morning, I like a celery, cucumber, lemon and ginger juice. I often batch make it and keep it in Mason jars in the fridge for when I&#8217;m in a rush,\u2019 she added.<\/p>\n<p>8.
