COPS have nicked two more suspects in the latest crackdown on the gang wars being waged across Scotland, we can reveal.<\/p>\n

The arrests<\/a> of men aged 41 and 24 bring the total number of people lifted by officers probing the ongoing violence<\/a> to 26.<\/p>\n

Scots crimebusters swooped in Edinburgh<\/a> on Friday – arresting and charging the 24-year-old for an alleged breach of bail.<\/p>\n

He later appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court<\/a> yesterday with a further appearance in court on the near horizon.<\/p>\n

The older man was arrested by \u201canother police force\u201d and later charged by Police Scotland<\/a> over two alleged fire-raisings.<\/p>\n

He is accused of offences connected to a blaze at Hay Drive, Edinburgh on Sunday, March 23 and a second incident at the same home on Friday, April 4.<\/p>\n

He is due to appear in Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Detective Chief Superintendent David Ferry said: “I want to make it clear that we will not stop until we bring those responsible for this criminality to justice<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We told earlier of two more attacks in the capital being probed by cops.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0house<\/a>\u00a0linked to Dale Richardson in\u00a0Edinburgh\u00a0had windows smashed while two cabs were torched outside a private hire firm in the city\u2019s Gorgie area.<\/p>\n

A force spokesperson added: \u201cWe were called to a report of vandalism at a\u00a0property<\/a>\u00a0on Bellenden Gardens,\u00a0Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt 4.40am on Tuesday officers received a report of two vehicles on\u00a0fire\u00a0in the Gorgie Road area of Edinburgh.<\/p>\n
