<\/p>\nLiverpool will need to secure more signings in the summer, having already snapped up Jeremy Jacquet, but there is another glaring priority for the Reds to sort out too<\/p>\n

Come the summer, Liverpool will have work to do in the transfer market. Arne Slot’s side is lacking depth in key areas and pace out wide.<\/p>\n
While the signing of Jeremy Jacquet<\/a> will address the limited number of options at the back \u2014 and a new deal for Ibrahima Konate<\/a> would help there too \u2014 there will need to be more signings, and those will not come cheap.<\/p>\n Beyond the importance of adding depth, though, there is another need just as big as transfers: tying down some important stars to new contracts<\/a>.
