A man has appeared in court after jewellery was ‘stolen’ from an elderly Glasgow<\/a> couple’s home.<\/p>\n

Officers were called to the Govan area following reports that a man had snuck into a house and taken goods<\/a>. Following extensive enquiries, officers say they ‘traced the male responsible’ and ‘recovered all goods’.<\/p>\n

He was held in custody and was due to appear at the Glasgow Sheriff Court today (Wednesday, March 4).<\/p>\n

Police Scotland’s<\/a> Greater Glasgow division shared on social media: “After reports of a sneak in theft to an elderly couples’ home in the Govan area, whereby jewellery was taken, extensive enquiry led to officers tracing the male responsible and recovering all goods.<\/p>\n
