The project marks Limehome\u2019s first collaboration with a major Belgian institutional investor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In Milan, Limehome has signed a structured long-term lease with Colliers Global Investors Italy to operate 30 units within a larger development located on Via Villoresi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In Madrid, the has signed a 36-unit property previously operated by another serviced apartment provider. The upgraded site is expected to relaunch within approximately one month from signing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Further south in Benidorm, Limehome has recently relaunched a 60-unit beachside hotel.
