During a candid conversation with Hauterrfly, Gautami revealed that Siya lost nearly 38 kilos, a feat that not only inspired the entire family but also became the catalyst for husband Ram Kapoor\u2019s dramatic weight loss journey<\/a>.\u201cWe\u2019ve been in the midst of some crazy controversies this year,\u201d she began. \u201cBut let me tell you\u2014it\u2019s been really, really hard. We stopped socializing, stopped going out, stopped ordering food from outside\u2014something we used to love.\u201dGautami shared that Ram took extreme steps to reclaim his health. \u201cHe did 24-hour fasts, 48-hour fasts\u2026 he\u2019s done some crazy stuff,\u201d she said. \u201cBut what really pushed him was Siya.
