Already approaching that logical end point is Birmingham\u2019s 22, who on an EP titled ; (he obviously doesn\u2019t give a damn about SEO) underlines wintertime isolation with a selection of ambient beats that are like sleepwalking through a misty water sprinkler. My personal favorite is the glacial, Makkgin-produced \u201cHow Shit Go,\u201d which is barely there, only given a sense of rhythm by the sporadic beeps and jerking hi-hats. Its hypnotic effect draws you closer to 22\u2019s glazed ramblings and drained lip flaps\u2014an uncomfortably raw listen that feels as invasive as some <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/34038-lil-peep\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lil Peep<\/a> mixtape cuts and <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/veeze\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Veeze<\/a> <a data-offer-url=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/deadvpn1\/veeze-ians-the-devil-prod\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click=\"{&quot;element&quot;:&quot;ExternalLink&quot;,&quot;outgoingURL&quot;:&quot;https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/deadvpn1\/veeze-ians-the-devil-prod&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/deadvpn1\/veeze-ians-the-devil-prod\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">leaks<\/a>.
