The British Transport Police has released images of a man they need to identify\"cctv<\/p>\n

Police have released images of a man they need to identify after a sexual assault on the London Underground<\/a>. A woman was reportedly assaulted by a man standing behind her on a southbound Victoria line train.<\/p>\n

This took place at 10.30am on Wednesday, February 21 as the service neared Green Park, the British Transport Police (BTP) said. Investigators have now shared CCTV footage of man they hope to locate in connection.<\/p>\n

A statement reads: “Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.” The images show a man with short black hair and glasses.<\/p>\n

He is wearing a black and brown puffer jacket and black trousers. Anyone who recognises him is urged to come forward to help with ongoing enquiries.<\/p>\n

Information should be shared with BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 455 of 21 February. Anonymous reports can be made to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.<\/p>\n
