Don\u2019t push it and listen to your body.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">These days, she says the biggest factor keeping her consistent is simply paying attention to how movement affects her mood and energy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cWhen I don\u2019t work out, I feel such a difference,\u201d Aniston says. \u201cMy mood dips, I don\u2019t have as much endurance during the day, my clothes fit differently. You just don\u2019t feel good because you\u2019re not being good to yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Her strategy? Keep workouts manageable\u2014even on busy days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cWake up 15 minutes earlier and get it in. When you simplify it for yourself, it makes it more digestible,\u201d Aniston says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">That\u2019s exactly the idea behind the quick arms-and-abs routine she swears by. For me, core is everything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Aniston\u2019s favorite abs and arms moves<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>What you need:<\/strong> Some of these exercises will require a yoga mat, stability ball, and a resistance band.<\/p>\n<p>Curl Over Ball<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis move strengthens the abs through a fuller range of motion while the ball supports the lower back,\u201d Coleman says.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-4\">\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Lay flat on the mat, then place the stability ball on the lower back.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Once elevated, extend both legs straight in front of you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Bring your hands to the back of your head and engage your core.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Gently lift and lower your shoulder blades.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elevated Deadbug<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis is a powerful core stability move that improves coordination and teaches the body to stay steady while the arms and legs move in tandem,\u201d Coleman says.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-4\">\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Lay flat on the mat with your hands by your sides.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Place the stability ball underneath your hips to get into an elevated position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Lift both legs into a tabletop position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Slowly lower and extend one leg until it\u2019s hovering just a few inches above the floor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Return to the starting position and switch legs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Golf Swing<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis is a dynamic core exercise that strengthens the obliques while activating the outer hips for improved balance and stability,\u201d Coleman says.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-4\">\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Start in a staggered stance position with one foot forward and the other foot back, with your heel lifted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Clasp your hands together and extend your arms out in front of you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Step out with your back leg into a squat position, then step that same foot back to its original position.
