\u201cWe\u2019re always arguing, but we\u2019re best friends\u201d Paris and Venezuela Fury share mother-daughter bond<\/p>\n

As they laugh and joke with each other during a gorgeous photoshoot for Notebook, the bond between Paris Fury <\/a>and her teenage daughter Venezuela is clear to see. The 16-year-old influencer and her mum are very different in some ways, but in others they\u2019re like peas in a pod \u2013 although they admit, they do have their moments.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m more calm,\u201d says Paris, 36. \u201cAnd I\u2019m definitely more hyperactive,\u201d Venezuela<\/a> tells us. Paris adds, \u201cVenezuela\u2019s quite out there. She\u2019s not too bothered about people\u2019s opinions, she\u2019s confident. She just\u2026 shines.<\/p>\n

“We argue over everything, but there\u2019s no badness behind it. It could be, \u2018Move out the way, I\u2019m making the coffee.\u2019 \u2018No, I\u2019m making it.\u2019 We\u2019re quite… loud in our house. That\u2019s just the way we operate.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Venezuela, who admits Paris will be thoroughly spoilt on Mother\u2019s Day, says she\u2019s blessed to have such a strong woman for a mum, and calls Paris her \u201crole model\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI usually get the lovely Mother\u2019s Day cold toast made by the little ones,\u201d Paris laughs. \u201cAnd you have to eat it like it\u2019s the most delicious thing anybody\u2019s ever made for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paris once famously called her eldest daughter a \u201cprivileged little brat\u201d<\/a>, but says Venezuela has matured.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we shot the first series of At Home With the Furys <\/a>she was 13 \u2013 mature for her age, but still a tormented teenager. But she turned 15 and blossomed. She\u2019ll chat, she\u2019s friendly, less argumentative. So parents \u2013 they do come out the other side.\u201d<\/p>\n

To her parents\u2019 shock, Venezuela got engaged last September<\/a>. Her boyfriend Noah proposed during her glitzy 16th birthday party. It came sooner than expected, but Paris is delighted.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t feel old enough for this, but she is over-the-moon happy,\u201d Paris says. \u201cThe two of them are in their own little bubble. And look, I got married myself at 18.\u201d<\/p>\n

So could there be the patter of tiny feet soon<\/a>? \u201cVenezuela\u2019s only young,\u201d says Paris. \u201cThey want to do some travelling, make their own life first, so there\u2019s no rush. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll be mentally prepared for that even in a few years\u2019 time. We\u2019ll see!\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Venezuela wants to \u201cfollow her own path\u201d, she sweetly says of her famous parents, \u201cThey\u2019ve got seven beautiful children and a lovely life. I\u2019d be lucky to end up half as happy as them.\u201d<\/p>\n

The family recently moved to the Isle of Man <\/a>and Paris concedes that it will be tough when her girl flies the nest to move into the new home she\u2019s bought with Noah after their May wedding.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll feel like I\u2019ve lost my arm,\u201d she says. \u201cIt\u2019s going to hit me hard. Right now Tyson\u2019s in training camp, the kids are in school, and Venezuela and I\u2026 basically co\u2011parent! But I do let her have her space. The weekends are her time. I know she\u2019ll be fine, getting on with an exciting new life. It\u2019s me I\u2019m worried about.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for wedding planning<\/a>, Venezuela has started looking at dresses and venues, and has some of what her mum calls \u201cquirky ideas\u201d, involving acid pink-and-yellow bouquets. \u201cWe\u2019re thinking it\u2019ll be quite small, but to anyone else it\u2019ll be like the biggest wedding in the world<\/a>, because we\u2019re all very OTT,\u201d laughs Venezuela.<\/p>\n

Tyson will be paying, as per Traveller tradition, and has already had a so-called man-to-man chat with Noah when he formally asked for Venezuela\u2019s hand in marriage. So far, Paris\u2019s only imparted wisdom for her future son-in-law is, she laughs, \u201cEnjoy Venezuela\u2019s many personalities, I hope!\u201d<\/p>\n

Amid the wedding planning and family life, Tyson has been training in Thailand<\/a> for his big comeback fight in April. Paris says, \u201cWe\u2019re in totally different time zones, so phone calls are limited. But as ever it\u2019s, \u2018let Tyson do his thing\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

She admits, when Venezuela moves out after she’s married she’ll feel like she’s ‘missing an arm'(Image: Reach PLC\/ Danny Craven)<\/p>\n

He\u2019s been out there with their 14-year-old son Prince<\/a>, which Paris says is hard, but she\u2019s kept busy at home by their five children under nine. She says, \u201cIt\u2019s really hard work. I\u2019m totally outnumbered, but we push on and hope for better days.<\/p>\n

\u201cRico, who\u2019s two, will say \u2018Dad\u2019s boxing<\/a>.\u2019 But then on FaceTime, he\u2019ll go, \u201cI come to you, Dad.\u201d And he looks at the background and he\u2019ll go, \u201cWhy are you on holiday, Dad? Why did you not take me?\u201d It is so hard for them when they\u2019re little.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the girls are in the thick of filming for the next series of their Netflix<\/a> show, At Home With The Furys , which Venezuela says she\u2019s enjoyed more this time around because she\u2019s \u201cchilled out a bit\u201d.<\/p>\n

It will feature her engagement, a birthday party for the kids\u2019 grandad, the launch of Paris\u2019s partnership with Eternal Collagen, which she is an ambassador of, and Paris and Tyson\u2019s second vow renewal in the South of France<\/a> last August.<\/p>\n

The secret to its success, Paris believes, is that it\u2019s just real-life, warts and all. \u201cWe\u2019re just a normal family, though some might look at the show and think we\u2019re crazy. I cook dinner fresh every night, I clean. We don\u2019t have ten maids running around with dusters or two chefs cooking French dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though they could no doubt afford to, Paris admits it\u2019s about keeping her brood grounded. \u201cI\u2019ve achieved it once with Venezuela. Hopefully, I can keep it going with the others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paris also believes part of the draw of the show is the insight it gives into Tyson\u2019s personality. \u201cTyson, as we know, has his mental health issues <\/a>and every day is a new day with him. Every day you get a new version. And people are fascinated by our hectic lifestyle. One day you\u2019re at home helping the kids with their homework, the next you\u2019re flying around the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut at the heart of it is also me being a mother, trying to keep everything together. There\u2019s so much people relate to. Not everybody could live like we do, but my life\u2019s been such a whirlwind for so long, I don\u2019t think I could have it any other way.\u201d<\/p>\n

So do they want to become the next Kardashians<\/a>? Paris laughs. \u201cNot at all. I still don\u2019t get why people are so interested in us \u2013 or how we have a show that people across the world watch.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Venezuela, she\u2019s focused on growing her social media platforms and pursuing modelling. But with the same laid-back approach as her mother, she\u2019s \u201cjust seeing how things go.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her friend group now includes another teenage reality star, Princess Andre<\/a>, who Venezuela says is \u201creally nice\u201d and has given her sound advice on navigating the world of celebrity.<\/p>\n

Paris says, \u201cShe\u2019s talented, a lovely young kid. I\u2019ve seen her a few times and she\u2019s just stunningly beautiful, but with a personality to match.\u201d<\/p>\n

The term \u201cnepo baby\u201d gets thrown about a lot when it comes to celebrity offspring, but Venezuela says she doesn\u2019t take offence and is grateful for \u201cbeing given a hand in life\u201d.<\/p>\n

Paris adds, \u201cYou can lead a horse to water, but you can\u2019t make it drink. She isn\u2019t going to magically have a career just drop in her lap just because she\u2019s our daughter. She has to go out there and get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, another family member with massive success is Molly-Mae Hague<\/a>, who is engaged to Tyson\u2019s younger brother, Tommy. Molly recently announced she is pregnant with baby number two<\/a>, and Paris couldn\u2019t be happier for her.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s beautiful, and great for Bambi. I really get along with Molly. We don\u2019t get the time to see each other we\u2019d like, but when we do get together, we\u2019ll give each other advice, it\u2019s really nice,\u201d Paris says.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s bossing it. I know she struggled with Bambi at times and she\u2019s been open about that, but she\u2019s a great mum. I\u2019m so proud of her.\u201d<\/p>\n
