Traffic was backed up for around four miles after a multi-vehicle collision on the southbound M6 on Wednesday evening.\u00a0<\/p>\n
At around 6.30pm, National Highways<\/a> reported two out of four lanes on the motorway had been closed between Junction 7 (Great Barr<\/a>) and Juction 6 (A38M).\u00a0<\/p>\n According to the organisation, police were on scene and recovery was being arranged.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for National Highways West Midlands said: “Two (of) four lanes are closed on the M6 southbound between J7 Great Barr and J6 A38M due to a multi vehicle collision.\u00a0<\/p>\n “Police are on scene. Recovery is being arranged.
