The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have celebrated Father\u2019s Day by sharing a new image of their six-week-old son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.<\/p>\n

The sepia-toned photo of Archie staring at the camera and gripping his dad\u2019s left hand was shared on the SussexRoyal Instagram account on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Prince Harry\u2019s wedding ring is also visible in the picture.<\/p>\n

Prince Harry and American former actress the Duchess of Sussex have been enjoying life as a family of three after welcoming their first born<\/strong><\/a> at the start of May.<\/p>\n

Smitten Harry introduced Archie to the world alongside proud mother Meghan when the newest addition to the royal family was just two days old.<\/p>\n

Announcing his arrival on May 6, the duke said: \u201cThis little thing is absolutely to-die-for, so I\u2019m just over the moon.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Sussexes are raising seventh in line to the throne Archie in the sanctuary of Frogmore Cottage \u2013 their new bolthole in Windsor Home Park in Berkshire, close to the Queen\u2019s residence Windsor Castle.<\/p>\n

The Grade II listed 10-bedroom property is set close to the winding lakes, wooded mounds, glades, walks and bridges of the gardens at Frogmore.<\/p>\n

Hands-on-father Harry has been relishing his new role as a parent after years of watching others bring up their families.<\/p>\n

The duke said at Archie\u2019s first photocall at Windsor Castle: \u201cIt\u2019s great. Parenting is amazing.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s only been two-and-a-half days, three days, but we\u2019re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy and be able to spend some precious times with him as he slowly, slowly starts to grow up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan said of her husband and her son: \u201cIt\u2019s magic, it\u2019s pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I\u2019m really happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harry previously spoke about his desire to start a family, saying: \u201cI\u2019ve longed for kids since I was very, very young.\u201d<\/p>\n

Father\u2019s Day in the UK \u2013 June 16 \u2013 is celebrated on the same day in the US \u2013 the third Sunday in June.<\/p>\n

On Mother\u2019s Day in the US this year \u2013 May 12 \u2013 the couple shared an Instagram post of Archie\u2019s feet being cradled by Los Angeles-born Meghan<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

It was captioned: \u201cPaying tribute to all mothers today, past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered.<\/p>\n
