CVH Spirits, the custodian of Bunnahabhain, Deanston and Tobermory distilleries, has officially moved its HQ to Glasgow city centre, in a bid to boost future growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The premium Scotch whisky business has taken office space at Kintyre House, relocating its corporate team from East Kilbride.<\/p>\n

The deal for a 3,024 sq ft office suite was secured by global real estate adviser CBRE on behalf of landlord Legal and General (L&G).<\/p>\n

Around 30 employees working in marketing, finance, human resources, IT and commercial roles will now be based in the new city centre office. Production, bottling, blending and warehousing operations will remain at the company\u2019s existing site in East Kilbride.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2023, CVH Spirits was previously part of Distell Group and earlier operated under the name Burn Stewart Distillers.<\/p>\n

The company is custodian of several well-known Scottish distilleries, including Bunnahabhain Distillery, Deanston Distillery and Tobermory Distillery. It employs about 300 people across the UK, Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n

Chief executive Ronan O\u2019Rahilly said the move represented \u201can important milestone\u201d for the business.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been well-documented challenges across the whisky industry over the last 12 months, but we are taking a long-term view and continuing to invest with confidence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He added that the new office would give staff \u201can environment that reflects our forward-thinking, commercially focused approach\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kintyre House on West George Street has recently undergone a revamp, and now boasts modern office space with meeting rooms, breakout areas and pre-installed IT infrastructure. Other occupiers in the building include insurer Hiscox and investment firm Maven Capital Partners UK LLP.<\/p>\n

Martin Speirs, a director at CBRE Scotland, said the move was \u201ca clear statement of intent\u201d and a positive sign for the city centre office market.<\/p>\n

\u201cBusinesses are being more selective about where and how they occupy space, and Kintyre House offers the quality, efficiency and profile that forward-looking companies are seeking,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Two fully fitted office suites remain available in the building, ranging in size from 2,012 to 5,298 sq ft, with letting agents CBRE and Savills marketing the remaining space.<\/p>\n
