Iris Apatow<\/a> may have attended the SXSW film festival this past weekend, but it seems like her real-life romance is going all the way up. The actor headed down to Austin, Texas, on March 13 to celebrate the premiere of her new movie, Pretty Lethal, which also stars Uma Thurman, Maddie Ziegler<\/a>, Lana Condor, Millicent Simmonds, and Avantika Vandanapu<\/a>.<\/p>\n Her boyfriend of two years\/fellow actor Sam Nivola (who you definitely recognize from The White Lotus<\/a>) also pulled off a sweet gesture when he showed up to support her latest project.<\/p>\n Rick Kern\/\/Getty Images<\/p>\n Iris posed solo on the red carpet, as Sam seemingly skipped the step-and-repeat and kept a low profile. But according to pics obtained by Just Jared<\/a>, they cozied up inside the film\u2019s premiere.<\/p>\n Per footage captured by People,the couple was also seen stepping out of the same car together upon their arrival.<\/p>\n Iris and Sam have been romantically linked since 2024, when she was spotted in some of his behind-the-scenes pics from The White Lotus set<\/a> in Thailand. After a few appearances on each other\u2019s Instagram grids, the couple didn\u2019t become red carpet official until they attended Burberry\u2019s East 57th Street NYC flagship store in October 2024. Since then, they\u2019ve supported each other at industry events far and wide, from the 2026 Actor Awards to SXSW.<\/p>\n TheStewartofNY\/\/Getty Images<\/p>\n Neilson Barnard\/\/Getty Images<\/p>\n Sam and Iris let fans into their sweet relationship when he interviewed her about her favorite movie, Broadcast News, for his Cold Worm column<\/a> on February 2.<\/p>\n \u201cThis week I sat down with the brilliantly talented, gorgeous and devilishly funny young actress Iris Apatow. Funnily enough, I tend to \u2018sit down\u2019 with her at least once a day, because she is in fact my girlfriend and we do in fact live in the same apartment,\u201d he wrote, in part, before showcasing their undeniable chemistry.<\/p>\n He even took a moment to shout out Iris\u2019 upcoming projects\u2014including Pretty Lethal\u2014at the end of their conversation.<\/p>\n \u201cWell, thank you so much for your time, Iris. I should probably take this time to plug your shit because that\u2019s what people do on these things. So I\u2019ll say Iris is a lead in the upcoming thriller movie Pretty Lethal, which will be out on Amazon on\u2014\u201d Sam said, before Iris chimed in, \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s announced yet.\u201d (While we\u2019re here, it has been announced since.
