Midweek introductory opening rates start from \u00a379 per room.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the previous home of Lock and Key, which was formerly recognised in The Sunday Times \u201c100 Top British Hotels,\u201d the 26-bedroom property combines period character with contemporary comfort. This follows an investment of more than \u00a3100,000 to enhance and elevate the building\u2019s original featureswith it being a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse.<\/p>\n<p>The rooms are all upgraded to include luxury toiletries, Nespresso coffee machines and a range of additional enhanced guest amenities. This means each property retains its own unique identity and character whilst benefiting from group-level services and support.<\/p>\n<p>The new hotel will increase Sefton Collection\u2019s workforce to 160 employees by creating an additional 10 jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Sefton Collection\u2019s other properties also include Ropewalks Hotel and Sefton Park Hotel, the latter currently undergoing a \u00a3250,000 refurbishment scheduled for completion in spring 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The group also operates other popular hospitality and entertainment venues that go beyond hotels, such as Masons, Dicey Reilly\u2019s Sports Bar, and the purpose-built event spaces Clubhouse and Baby Clubhouse.<\/p>\n<p>Conor O\u2019Donovan, CEO, Sefton Collection, said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c19 Duke Street represents an exciting addition to our growing Liverpool portfolio.
