So it\u2019s pretty darn handy for us sun-seeking Londoners that<strong> a rather revolutionary map <\/strong>has come along to solve the struggle of searching for sun-soaked spot in <a href=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/best-things-to-do-london\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/best-things-to-do-london\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_internal\">London<\/a>. Please allow us to introduce you to <strong>SunSeekr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The SunSeekr map<\/p>\n<p>SunSeekr is a game-changing app that <strong>tracks the city\u2019s sunlight<\/strong> in real time. Created by architect <strong>Mo Dawod<\/strong>, the map makes choosing where to head to for your springtime socialising a whole lot easier. Taking into account the position of the sun and the height of the surrounding buildings of each London <a href=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/brilliant-london-beer-gardens\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/brilliant-london-beer-gardens\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_2\" data-category=\"click_internal\">beer garden<\/a> and al-fresco eatery, the map details which spots are basking in the sunlight and which are hidden in the shade throughout the day. In real time. Mo Dawod explained that the map used<strong> shadow simulation, MapBox navigation software and OpenStreetMap data<\/strong> to do its (extremely high-tech) thing.
