The Versa 4 is my favorite by far.<\/strong> If you want everything, including the kitchen sink, buy an apple watch, and be buried in complexity. However, for elegant simplicity and everything you really need, purchase the Versa 4. My single criticism is the Copper Rose color is difficult to match with a metal band. Limque Stainless Steel Band has come the closest (see photo). I also found a favorite analog watch face for $.99 that I love. I would give it six stars if I could.\u201d \u2014 William J. The heart rate monitoring is continuous and provides real-time data, allowing me to optimize my workouts and track my progress over time. The sleep tracking feature is also invaluable, providing insights into my sleep patterns, sleep stages, and sleep quality, helping me improve my sleep hygiene. The charge lasts over a week and it gives a low battery warning at 35%, meaning it NEVER does unexpectedly in the middle of the day.<\/strong> It\u2019s definitely waterproof (wear it in the pool or shower all you want).
