Coverage will begin at 7:30 a.m. EDT (1130 GMT).<\/p>\n<p>Article continues below <\/p>\n<p>            You may like<\/p>\n<p id=\"c5609903-8457-4764-9d75-aed7ac811603\">Progress 94 will carry about 3 tons of food, propellant and other supplies to the astronauts currently living and working on board the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/16748-international-space-station.html\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/16748-international-space-station.html\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/16748-international-space-station.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Space Station<\/a> (ISS).<\/p>\n<p>If all goes according to plan, the freighter will chase the orbiting lab for two days, docking with its Poisk module on Tuesday (March 24) at around 9:34 a.m. EDT (1334 GMT). Progress 94 will take the place of Progress 92, which <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/blogs\/spacestation\/2026\/03\/16\/progress-92-cargo-spacecraft-undocks-crew-preps-for-upcoming-spacewalk\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/blogs\/spacestation\/2026\/03\/16\/progress-92-cargo-spacecraft-undocks-crew-preps-for-upcoming-spacewalk\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" rel=\"noopener\">undocked from Poisk<\/a> on Monday (March 16).<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be able to watch Progress 94&#8217;s arrival, with coverage beginning Tuesday at 8:45 a.m EDT (1245 GMT).<\/p>\n<p id=\"3ff48de7-bd44-4db5-94e1-95614bda44e7\">Progress 94 will spend about six months docked to the ISS. It will then be loaded up with trash and sent to burn up in <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/17683-earth-atmosphere.html\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/17683-earth-atmosphere.html\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/17683-earth-atmosphere.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Earth&#8217;s atmosphere<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"newsletter-form__strapline\">Breaking space news, the latest updates on rocket launches, skywatching events and more!<\/p>\n<p>Two other currently operational ISS cargo craft are similarly expendable \u2014 Japan&#8217;s <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/space-exploration\/international-space-station\/japan-htv-x-depart-international-space-station-first-mission\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/space-exploration\/international-space-station\/japan-htv-x-depart-international-space-station-first-mission\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/space-exploration\/international-space-station\/japan-htv-x-depart-international-space-station-first-mission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HTV-X<\/a> and <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/cygnus-spacecraft.html\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/cygnus-spacecraft.html\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/cygnus-spacecraft.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cygnus<\/a>, which is built by the aerospace company Northrop Grumman.
