Have you ever fancied having a snoop around some of the most exclusive gardens<\/strong> in the capital city<\/a>? Well, now\u2019s you chance. As next month marks the return of London Open Gardens<\/strong>; the annual event that offers us mere mortals the chance to have a peek behind the curtain fence of some of London\u2019s fanciest gardens<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The weekend dedicated entirely to gawping at gorgeous green spaces will be taking place on June 7 and 8<\/strong>, and has been organised by London Parks & Gardens<\/strong>. Over 100 private gardens are taking part in the event, allowing Londoners and beyond to see some of the fanciest foliage in town in all its blooming glory.<\/p>\n

London Open Gardens 2025 <\/p>\n

From rooftop gardens and city farms<\/a> to allotments and historic squares; private green grass and secret summery flowers scattered across the length and breadth of the capital<\/strong> will be on display. By purchasing a ticket, you\u2019ll be granted access to every garden on display across the entire weekend. And under 12s go free<\/a> \u2013 so you can bring your little ones along without having to pay an extra penny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can view the full list of participating gardens here<\/a>, but there are plenty of firm foliage-filled favourites<\/strong> returning for this years event, and a whole host of green spaces<\/a> that are opening their gates to the public for the very first time.<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, ticket-holders will not only get to have a nosey around these exclusive gardens, but they\u2019ll also have the chance to meet some of the green-fingered folk<\/strong> that manage the spaces. London Open Gardens will shine a light on the challenges that London\u2019s gorgeous green spaces<\/strong> continue to face, such as climate change and budget cuts. But the weekend<\/a> will also highlight the incredible work being done by Londoners<\/strong> to overcome these hardships.<\/p>\n
