World No. 12 golfer Shane Lowry revealed to Jason Kelce that his daughter’s love for Taylor Swift<\/a> inspired him to dress up as his brother Travis for Halloween<\/a> last year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kelce\u00a0<\/a>is putting his golf skills to the test at a PGA Tour event in Pennsylvania<\/a> just days after he was seen begging for advice on unlikely social-media platform Reddit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The former Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u00a0center is competing in a pro-am tournament before the Truist Championship on Wednesday in Flourtown, where he has been partnered with Irish golf star Lowry.<\/p>\n

During their round together, Jason was asked by a woman filming for the PGA Tour if he knew that Shane had dressed up as Travis for Halloween last year.<\/p>\n

‘That’s so good,’ he said after being shown a photo of Lowry wearing his brother’s No. 87 Kansas<\/a> City Chiefs jersey, white shorts and red socks as a costume.<\/p>\n

Kelce then walked over to him on the course and showed him the picture before joking: ‘Are you sure you’re not a Kelce?’<\/p>\n

Lowry then explained how his daughter’s obsession with Swift – who has dated Travis for close to two years – led to him imitating the Chiefs tight end for Halloween.<\/p>\n

‘My daughter is obsessed with Taylor and she was dressing up for Halloween,’ he said. ‘So I ordered the shirt online and then I went down to Dick’s Sporting Goods and bought all the pads and all that.’<\/p>\n

Kelce replied: ‘The beard is pretty spot on.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

The PGA Tour shared a photo of Lowry’s fancy-dress outfit in October, with Travis even giving his seal of approval.<\/p>\n

The three-time Super Bowl winner commented: ‘Nailed it!!!’<\/p>\n

Lowry is playing in the pro-am tournament on Wednesday alongside Jason just days after Travis’ older brother was spotted pleading with users on Reddit to help him improve his golf swing.<\/p>\n

Kelce, who has competed in several celebrity golf championships in recent years, asked for advice on the social-media forum before heading to Flourtown for the event.<\/p>\n

‘I’ve uploaded 6 different angles of my swing from a session yesterday. Looking for any tips you can give me – especially on my backswing and follow-through.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Been working with a local pro in Philly, but figured I’d get some crowd-sourced wisdom too. Thanks in advance. -Kelce’.<\/p>\n

Kelce’s post has generated over 550 comments and close to 4,000 likes at the time of writing.<\/p>\n
