Ellen DeGeneres has given fans a peek at what her new life is like in the English countryside.<\/p>\n
Chat show host DeGeneres and actor wife Portia de Rossi upped sticks and headed for England after Donald Trump won a second term <\/a>as president.\u00a0Their move to the Cotswolds began tumultuously, with DeGeneres having to deny fan worries<\/a> that her home had been affected by flooding in the area. <\/p>\n In February, there were reports that they were considering leaving the property<\/a>, after locking horns with locals over a single-storey extension on their land. The pair have since moved to a different property, the Daily Mail<\/a> reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n And it seems they are both happy with life in the countryside. \u201cSome people have a dream of becoming a farmer, clearly our dream was to become a landscape maintenance crew with a little farming on the side,\u201d they wrote on Instagram.
