Daniel Farke will need to make sure the signings he makes in the summer are sustainable for Leeds United moving forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 49ers<\/a> seem to have full faith that Farke<\/a> can deliver the task at hand in keeping the Whites in the Premier League<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One way Farke is potentially thinking of doing this is by spending big, as Leeds have enquired about Caoimhin Kelleher<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With a \u00a340m price tag, this could be the direction needed for a newly-promoted side to remain in the top flight.<\/p>\n

Along with bringing in players though, the Leeds<\/a> boss will need to retain his players, but one is seemingly looking for his exit.<\/p>\n

Someone who is firmly under the radar of exiting Elland Road<\/a> this summer is Mateo Joseph<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It seems as though his exit has been mooted for a while and almost came to fruition when Betis offered \u00a38m for Joseph<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But Farke detailed that Joseph was important to Leeds<\/a>, however that wasn\u2019t shown in the second half of the season, with just 24 minutes played in the Whites\u2019 last eight of the campaign.<\/p>\n

This led to Leeds now setting a \u00a312.75m price-tag for Joseph<\/a> as Betis have emerged as contenders for his signature again.<\/p>\n

A new development has now come to the surface as El Chiringuito have stated that Betis have made \u2018first contact\u2019 with the Spaniard\u2019s camp about a potential transfer.<\/p>\n

Joseph has no place at Leeds after Farke target revealed<\/p>\n

It\u2019s becoming obvious in the remaining months of the season that the German hasn\u2019t stuck to his promise that Joseph is important to the squad.<\/p>\n

Yes, injuries have played their part in the 21-year-old\u2019s season, but Farke has had ample opportunity to play Joseph.<\/p>\n

Joel Piroe\u2019s<\/a> competition is bad enough, but after Leeds scored 95 goals with only six goal contributions from Joseph, it\u2019s clear he won\u2019t have an impact in the top flight.<\/p>\n

As mentioned, Piroe is the leading striker, but Farke might even be looking to replace him, as Beto is now on Leeds\u2019 radar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This should send alarm bells to the young Spanish striker who may be hoping the Betis move goes to plan.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
