The Creative Moment of the Month award celebrates the best moments of creativity in the Premier League. It could be an incredible assist, a brilliant bit of play in the build-up to a goal, or simply an unforgettable moment of magic.\u00a0<\/p>\n
You have until 12:00 BST on Monday 30 March to cast your vote from the shortlist below. The winner will be revealed next week.<\/p>\n
