Everton have enjoyed some real bright sparks this season despite their overall struggles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

David Moyes<\/a> has been able to steer the Toffees clear of relegation since he made his return to Merseyside. <\/p>\n

The remainder of the season will act as an interesting test for Everton<\/a> as the Blues are now all but safe from the drop. <\/p>\n

Everton are eyeing Emanuel Emegha<\/a> ahead of the summer transfer window as they look to bolster their attacking options.<\/p>\n

Numerous issues have plagued the Toffees in attack, with injuries and players lacking any real consistent form. <\/p>\n

However, there is one player who has really shone this season under both Sean Dyche and Moyes. <\/p>\n

In what has been a turbulent season for the Blues, Iliman Ndiaye has really impressed at Everton<\/a> since singing in the summer.<\/p>\n

Even under Dyche, the Senegal international showed signs of being a real talent. <\/p>\n

Nidaye<\/a> played from the start on the weekend against Arsenal, and speaking to the Everton YouTube channel, he admitted a number of Premier League clubs snubbed him when he was younger.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to trial at Charlton, Southampton, Reading, Tottenham, Chelsea, Crystal Palace. People were telling my Dad to his face: \u2018He\u2019s never going to be a football player\u2019,\u201d said Ndiaye.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t bothered. In London, there\u2019s a lot of football players who train with Southampton, if you\u2019re good enough you\u2019ll go to Southampton to do a trial [but it never worked out].\u201d<\/p>\n

After weeks out through injury, Ndiaye has returned to Everton\u2019s side<\/a> and he did not take long to get back up and running.<\/p>\n

The goal scored from the penalty spot showed exactly what Everton have been missing in his absence, with the forward showing some real quality in attack. <\/p>\n

Iliman Ndiaye is outperforming Heung-min Son<\/p>\n

Jamie Carragher has hailed Ndiaye for his performances<\/a> on Merseyside this season in a struggling side under Dyche. <\/p>\n

Despite spending some time on the sidelines through injury, Ndiaye leads the way in front of goal for the Toffees. <\/p>\n

Ndiaye even scored a stunning solo goal against the Lilywhites in what was Moyes\u2019 first victory back on Merseyside.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
