{"id":862575,"date":"2026-03-31T12:44:21","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/862575\/"},"modified":"2026-03-31T12:44:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:44:21","slug":"new-ten-storey-student-block-near-redcliffe-approved-with-283-student-beds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/862575\/","title":{"rendered":"New ten-storey student block near Redcliffe approved with 283 student beds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A plan for another large scale development of student flats has been given the go-ahead in central Bristol, with buildings up to ten storeys high housing up to 283 students.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The plan is for an empty office building close in Redcliffe &#8211; a stone\u2019s throw from St Mary Redcliffe Church and on land owned by the church &#8211; to be demolished completely and three tower blocks built in a U-shape footprint in its place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The development given approval will be at 63 St Thomas Street, on the road towards Bristol Bridge opposite St Mary Redcliffe Church.
