The next phase of a residential scheme in a Merseyside town will be launched as more homes will be made available. Blueoak Estates will release Brigade House, phase two of its West Kirby<\/a> residential scheme, to buyers later this month.<\/p>\n

This follows the first phase, which saw apartments constructed<\/a> on the site of the former West Kirby fire station. In total the scheme, which saw work begin in October 2023, will comprise 32 apartments.<\/p>\n

Phase one, Station House<\/a>, which consists of 18 apartments, is approaching a complete sell-out. Now, the official launch day for Brigade House will be held on May 17.<\/p>\n

Visitors will be given a first tour of the 14 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the two penthouses.<\/p>\n

Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: “This is such a fantastic scheme and has really resonated with so many different types of people keen to live in this corner of the Wirral<\/a> in an accessible, modern home that offers everything and more you can expect from a luxury apartment complex.<\/p>\n

“Brigade House marks the second half of the scheme, and whilst we are fast approaching a complete sale of Station House, this gives interested parties a second opportunity to secure a home.<\/p>\n
