He was rushed to the hospital where he died.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested 22-year-old Taquez Scott on Thursday. He is charged with murder, illegal discharge of a firearm, illegal possession of an assault weapon, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with additional information regarding the shooting can contact the New London Police Department Detective Division at 860-447-1481.
