The new licensing application would allow the shop to sell alcohol between 11pm and 6am via online delivery only.

There has been one objection to the proposal. Concerns include increased vehicle movements, car doors slamming, late night congregation and ‘general disturbance during unsociable hours’. The objector has asked for a series of conditions to prevent late night disturbance.

West Yorkshire Police have agreed to a raft of conditions with the applicant, including CCTV on the premises, proof of ID and a Challenge 25 age policy.

Members of the council’s licensing sub committee will consider the application on Tuesday, 14 April at Leeds Civic Hall (10am).

The reports and other documentation be considered by councillors can be read here.

Sponsored content

www.bramleybaths.co.uk

By John Baron Councillors will consider an application from the Co-op Village Store in Farsley to operate an…

[8814
748,246505,393,209403,246506,4884,1860,219753,16,15
post-868289","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-leeds","tag-britain","tag-co-op-village-store-farsley","tag-england","tag-farsley","tag-farsley-town-street","tag-great-britain","tag-leeds","tag-licensing-committee","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom
["GET
