Brooklyn Beckham<\/a>\u2019s ex-girlfriend Lexi Wood has spoken highly of the Beckham clan following weeks of speculation the famous family are going through an internal feud<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Lexi, who dated eldest Beckham son Brooklyn when she was 20, has opened up about what the atmosphere in the famous household was like. <\/p>\n

Her observations come as it is rumoured Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz<\/a>, 30, are in a spat with the rest of the Beckham family after he was notably absent fromhis dad David\u2019s big 50th birthday celebrations<\/a> at the weekend. <\/p>\n

Not only did he miss the party, but he wasn\u2019t on David\u2019s \u2018boys\u2019 fishing trip with Cruz and Romeo \u2013 something the former footballer acknowledged on social media<\/a>, tagging Brooklyn in pictures from their trip and saying: \u2018You were missed.\u2019 <\/p>\n

Lexi had nothing but positive things to report about the Beckham\u2019s family dynamics, spear-headed by Manchester United<\/a> star David, 50, and former Spice Girl Victoria, 51. <\/p>\n

\u2018Those families are great,\u2019 she said talking on The Viall Files, referring to the Beckhams and her other \u2018nepo baby\u2019 ex Presley Gerber\u2019s famous parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. <\/p>\n

\u2018I have never been on dating apps. I genuinely just meet people through friends,\u2019 she said, explaining that she and Brooklyn met like this. <\/p>\n

Talking about the families, she explained: \u2018It\u2019s so funny because those are the types of families that I\u2019m used to.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lexi continued:\u00a0\u2018Like, families that are in the industry, that give each other advice, work with each other where they can, like that are so close, travel together, live together, they do so much together.<\/p>\n

\u2018That mindset is your family has your back period. I do feel like those families are great.\u2019<\/p>\n

When quizzed about whether it was weird Brooklyn\u2019s dad was one of the world\u2019s \u2018sexiest men\u2019, she laughed and replied: \u2018He was just always Brooklyn\u2019s dad. I feel like immediately I didn\u2019t think anything of it. Then he was just his dad.\u2019 <\/p>\n

Asked who was more intimidating, Victoria or David, Lexi said, \u2018They were just both lovely.\u2019 <\/p>\n

The model also explained that because they were young during their relationship, the pair largely spent their time alone and not in the wider family \u2013 apart from when they \u2018hung out with\u2019 Brooklyn\u2019s younger brother Romeo, 22.<\/p>\n

Over the past few weeks it\u2019s been suggested that Kim Turnball, Romeo\u2019s new girlfriend, dated Brooklyn before she got into a relationship with Romeo, which has caused a rift between the brothers \u2013 however, Cruz has rubbished this claim<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Metro<\/strong>, a source explained that Victoria is desperately hoping that Brooklyn will \u2018come around\u2019 as she has found the fallout \u2013 whatever it may be over \u2013 \u2018devastating\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018Victoria hates to think about her family being so divided, especially with it involving one of her children. Brooklyn\u2019s absence at David\u2019s 50th birthday party was noticeable and she desperately wished he would have been there,\u2019 said the source.<\/p>\n

\u2018She\u2019s hoping Brooklyn will come around and see things for what they are. They\u2019ve always been a close-knit family and seeing how things are now has been devastating for Victoria and David.\u2019<\/p>\n

A source also told\u00a0Metro<\/strong>\u00a0that\u00a0Brooklyn is keen to patch things up with his father<\/a>\u00a0and was sad not to attend the party, which was reportedly shut down by Notting Hill locals as it carried on into the early hours<\/a> of Saturday night. <\/p>\n

\u2018Brooklyn feels disappointed in himself for not attending David\u2019s 50th birthday party. David was truly in his element surrounded by all of his family and closest friends, it was a great time all around.<\/p>\n

\u2018He wants things to go back to how they were, but it feels as if the divide has separated the family deeply. Nicola isn\u2019t pushing him to repair things either. He\u2019s married now and his wife will continue to be his biggest focus,\u2019 they said.<\/p>\n
