Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to the busy road shortly before 11.30am to reports of a fire in a three-storey building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Emergency services closed the road in both directions with an investigation underway at the site of the blaze.
