KSI<\/strong> has publicly claimed that Conor McGregor \u2018refused\u2019 an offer to fight him. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The YouTuber-turned-boxer recently withdrew from a fight date with Conor McGregor<\/a>\u2018s teammate. <\/p>\n

KSI<\/a> was supposed to face Dillon Danis<\/a> on March 29, but he called off the boxing bout<\/a> due to illness. <\/p>\n

Now he\u2019s opened up about another failed scrap with one of the best UFC fighters of all time<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Earlier this year, McGregor was linked to fights with KSI, Logan Paul<\/a>, and Jake Paul<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Since then, \u2018Notorious\u2019 has distanced himself from comeback talk by launching a new career in politics<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, I tried,\u201d KSI replied when asked if he\u2019d consider fighting McGregor during an appearance on the Talk Tuah with Hailey Welch<\/a> podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it didn\u2019t happen, he said, \u2018Nah\u2019. Yeah, he refused. It is what it is. He\u2019s got a lot going on, especially with bare-knuckle and whatever situation he\u2019s going through. <\/p>\n

KSI added about fighting bare-knuckle: \u201cNah. I just don\u2019t need to. <\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I know my worth, and over the past couple of months, I\u2019ve definitely understood what my worth is.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

KSI teases retirement <\/p>\n

KSI\u00a0has had a torrid time with his boxing career over the past few years, with almost all of his events having some degree of issue arising. He has pulled out of his last two fights, and has previously faced multiple cancellations, pull-outs, and controversies.<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old lost his fight against Tommy Fury<\/a> by unanimous decision before launching an unsuccessful appeal to have the result overturned. This followed a fight with Joe Fournier, where the result was overturned to a No Contest after he accidentally knocked his rival out with an elbow<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a new video, KSI made a shock admission about retirement<\/a> as he vented the frustrations he has with his boxing career, telling fans: \u201cThe amount of stress I\u2019ve gone through over the past few years. Even with Misfits in general, it\u2019s been stressful.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I\u2019ve aged in these two and a half years of Misfits being created. So where am I in terms of Boxing? I don\u2019t know. Am I going to retire? I don\u2019t know.
