{"id":874393,"date":"2026-04-05T20:38:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-05T20:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/874393\/"},"modified":"2026-04-05T20:38:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-05T20:38:13","slug":"team-europe-defeats-team-uk-el-mesias-returns-flammer-retains","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/874393\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Europe defeats Team UK, El Mesias returns, Flammer retains"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/AAA-Europe-UK-678x381.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"AAA Europe UK\"\/><br \/>\nImage Courtesy: AAA<\/p>\n<p>AAA featured the return of El Mesias and the beginning of a series of international trios matches on Saturday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The April 4 broadcast marked the promotion\u2019s final taped show before its upcoming live event next week.<\/p>\n<p>International trios competition<\/p>\n<p>Corey Graves announced that international talent will compete in trios matches over the coming weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The broadcast main event featured Team Europe (Axiom, Dorian Van Dux &amp; Elio LeFleur) defeating Team UK (Charlie Dempsey, Nathan Frazer &amp; Tristan Angels) in a six-man tag team match.<\/p>\n<p>The match featured technical exchanges between Charlie Dempsey and Axiom before\u00a0Nathan Frazer reluctantly entered the ring to face his regular tag team partner.\u00a0Tristan Angels tagged himself in to attack Axiom, but Dorian Van Dux subsequently overpowered the British wrestler.\u00a0Elio LeFleur secured the victory for Team Europe after dropping Angels on his head for the pinfall.<\/p>\n<p>El Mesias returns<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the night, El Mesias made his first AAA appearance in over a year.\u00a0He teamed with Lince Dorado and Mecha Wolf to represent Puerto Rico against The Tokyo Bad Boys (Kento, Nobu San &amp; Takuma).\u00a0Dorado and Nobu San started the encounter with rapid exchanges before tagging their respective partners.<\/p>\n<p>Mesias eventually entered the ring to a huge ovation and traded strikes with Kento.\u00a0The Japanese trio isolated Mesias and Dorado at different intervals.\u00a0Dorado and Wolf executed dives to the outside, clearing the path for Mesias to hit Takuma with a flatliner to win the match.<\/p>\n<p>Flammer retains Reina de Reinas Championship<\/p>\n<p>Also on the show, Reina de Reinas Champion Flammer successfully defended her title against Sussy Love.\u00a0AAA taped the championship contest on February 28 in Monterrey.\u00a0Love attacked early and dropped the champion with an inverted lariat.<\/p>\n<p>Flammer regained control on the outside before locking Love in a Camel Clutch.\u00a0The challenger fought back with kicks and a moonsault to earn a two-count.\u00a0Flammer avoided a charging attack and executed a lungblower to secure the victory.<\/p>\n<p>April 11 live event<\/p>\n<p>AAA will hold its next live event on Saturday, April 11, in Mexico City.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta is scheduled to defend his title against El Hijo del Vikingo.\u00a0A video package highlighting Penta\u2019s career aired to promote the upcoming defense.\u00a0Flammer will also celebrate her lengthy championship reign during the Mexico City event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AAA on Fox 4\/4\/2026 Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Puerto Rico (El Mesias, Lince Dorado &amp; Mecha Wolf) def.
