Detectives believe the man in the images may have information that could help with their investigation\"PolicePolice are asking for help with their investigation<\/p>\n

British Transport Police are investigating a sexual assault and have released an image of a man they would like to speak with. The incident occurred at about 9pm on Saturday 29 March, onboard the 8.01pm Manchester Victoria to Redcar Central train.<\/p>\n

A man sat opposite a young woman and proceeded to stare at her, before sexually assaulting her. Detectives believe the man in the images may have information that could help with their investigation.<\/p>\n

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 367 of 30 March.<\/p>\n

Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.<\/p>\n
