Our love for pretty villages here is evident, and a list of the poshest villages in the UK has been released. <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/money\/property\/poshest-village-how-expensive-buy-county-britain\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/money\/property\/poshest-village-how-expensive-buy-county-britain\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_0\" data-tracked=\"1\" data-category=\"click_sales\" data-cp_smn_source=\"secretglasgow\" data-cp_smn_content=\"poshest-villages-uk-scotland\" data-cp_smn_term=\"text_cta_0\">Telegraph<\/a> has announced its selection of the<strong> poshest villages in the UK<\/strong>, dividing them by region. As a result, <strong>Kippen in the Trossachs National Park<\/strong>, just an hour from Glasgow and 15 minutes from Stirling, was named one of the poshest villages in the country, with some of the highest property prices. The list also took into account a <strong>lively community, a thriving village hall, great pubs, local shops and sporting facilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/2989488208_29e6841bca_o-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"kippen\" class=\"wp-image-19132\"  \/>Image: Flickr<\/p>\n<p>Median house prices are a whopping <strong>\u00a3348,281<\/strong> in Kippen, boasting stunning views and the status of being a conservation village. Named as a \u201cparadise for <a href=\"https:\/\/secretglasgow.com\/two-hour-hikes-loch-lomond-the-trossachs\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretglasgow.com\/two-hour-hikes-loch-lomond-the-trossachs\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_internal\">hikers<\/a>\u201c, Kippen is perfect for the great outdoors for all experience levels, located between the\u00a0Gargunnock Hills\u00a0and the\u00a0Fintry Hills.<\/p>\n<p>What is more, locals and visitors alike can go salmon fishing, as well as sailing and other water activities on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/secretglasgow.com\/scottish-outdoor-club\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretglasgow.com\/scottish-outdoor-club\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_2\" data-category=\"click_internal\">Loch Lomond<\/a><\/strong>.
