Darren Till has joined the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).<\/strong><\/p>\n

BKFC<\/a>, which is co-owned by Conor McGregor<\/a>, announced on Wednesday that ‘The Gorilla’ had inked a multi-fight deal with the promotion.<\/p>\n

His debut has been scheduled for May 30 at BKFC 90 in Birmingham, with an opponent to be confirmed.<\/p>\n

“I am very pleased to be signing with the BKFC,” Till said.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s an amazing promotion! F*** everyone on this roster, I\u2019m coming to be the face of violence. No one can beat me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Till<\/a> had enjoyed a successful stint under the banner of KSI<\/a>‘s Misfits Boxing, having made his debut for the promotion two years after leaving the UFC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old from Liverpool hasn’t fought in MMA since losing to Dricus du Plessis<\/a> at UFC 282 in December 2022, but has now found his feet in the sweet science.<\/p>\n

After stopping Anthony Taylor and getting the better of fellow MMA veteran Darren Stewart<\/a> on points last May, Till viciously knocked out former UFC champion Luke Rockhold in his last fight<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘The Gorilla’ called out Carl Froch after his impressive KO over Rockhold<\/a>, but said he was finding it ‘really hard to get fights’ when announcing his departure from Misfits this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve parted ways with Misfits on really good terms,” Till explained on his Instagram.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m thankful for the 12 months I had with them and the three fights I had becoming champion.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve got nothing but love for Misfits, the owners and promoters and all the people who work behind the scenes, [but] it\u2019s time to try my hand at something else. <\/p>\n

Till, who transitioned into boxing after leaving the UFC, is set to lose the gloves for his next fight<\/p>\n

“Not a lot of people wanted to fight me; it was getting really hard to get fights…<\/p>\n

“I just want to say again thanks to Misfits, thanks to everyone involved, and I\u2019ll probably be back there soon as well.<\/p>\n

“This is not the end of it with Misfits.”<\/p>\n

Who could Till fight next?<\/p>\n

Till has long called out fellow ex-UFC star Mike Perry<\/a> for a clash.<\/p>\n

The pair share a long history dating back to their days of calling out one another in Dana White<\/a>‘s promotion.<\/p>\n

After defeating Thiago Alves at BKFC KnuckleMania 4 in April 2024, Perry, who has won all six of his promotional appearances in the bare-knuckle league, said he wanted Till next.<\/p>\n

Perry has since lost a boxing fight to Jake Paul<\/a> and returned to BKFC, defeating Jeremy Stephens in his last bout.<\/p>\n

BKFC founder Dave Feldman said in October last year that he would book Till vs Perry if the latter got the better of Stephens.<\/p>\n

\u201cDarren and I have been talking and the timing is perfect for him to make his BKFC debut,” Feldman said upon the announcement of Till’s signing.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve watched Darren compete for the last few years and he\u2019s a tremendous and exciting addition to our team.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, with ‘Platinum’ now scheduled to make an MMA return against Nate Diaz<\/a> on the undercard of Ronda Rousey vs Gina Carano on May 16<\/a>, Till will take on someone else before a fight with Perry can be made.<\/p>\n

The Liverpudlian named Paul, Froch<\/a> and Jorge Masvidal<\/a> when speaking about potential future opponents to talkSPORT last month.<\/p>\n
