Aintree: SALVATOR MUNDI (NAP)

Can be a bit of an in-and-out chappy – but on his day is not far off top-class.

Connections have given him a break since his last win at Thurles in February – missing the Cheltenham Festival, with his race in mind.

That will mean he heads here fresher than most, and his best performance also came at this meeting last season.

When slamming the useful Romeo Coolio by 7 lengths.

Mullins and Townend have already been amongst the winners at the fixture and could have another big day ahead with a stack of National good chances too.

Mundi can hopefully get them off the perfect start in the Aintree opener.

Today’s Other ‘Muggy Favs’ Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips🏇
12:35 Chepstow: PLANTERS PUNCH

Looks a fair sort for the Nicky Henderson yard – winning easily his firs two races.

Does have a lot of weight to give away as a result and was only out 11 days ago – so these are small worries for a young horse.

But with Nico at Aintree, Dan Williams helps by talking off a handy 7lbs.

So despite his big burden Planters should still pack a punch here.

2:02 Yarmouth: THE UBERMENSCH (NB)

I put this horse up last time and he only just got chinned on the line at 7/2 at Wolves.

Is switched to the turf and the Michael Bell yard remain in fine form.

While, the fact he’s out again only 5 days later suggest he’s come out of that race well.

He looks an improver to me and the long Yarmouth straight should be perfect for him – as he likes to come from off the pace.

Uber can call a cab for the rest here.

2:37 Yarmouth: DEL MARO

We’ll start to see more Charlie Appleby runners on the track in the coming weeks – and they are already in decent order.

Coming into today with a 36% SR in the last 14 days.

They should improve those stats here too with this 3yold son of Camelot, with William Buick riding.

He was last seen running a fine 3rd in the G3 Zetland at HQ and that’s by far the best form on show here.

Today’s Each-Way Horse Racing Betting Tips🏇
1:20 Aintree: ACE OF SPADES

The Dan Skelton yard have a good record in this race – winning 3 of the last 6.

Pertemps winner Supremely West will be popular after that easy Cheltenham win, but is also on the drift a bit in the market.

But the Skeltons also have Ace Of Spades here and looks fair value if you can ignore his last run.

That came when down the field in the Pertemps last time, but before that has been in the top 4 in his 12 previous races.

He’s also a winner here at Aintree so we know the track suits and will have Sam Twiston-Davies riding for the first time.

Ace Of Spades could just be the Skelton joker in the pack here.

2:07 NEWCASTLE: TOBY TWO SCOOPS

The Micky Hammond yard have a good record in this race – winning 3 of the last 8.

So their Toby Two Scoops is worth a dabble, despite never winning a race.

He’s 0-15 but has been running okay, plus is a pound lower than last time.

The better ground is fine and could have some improvement upped in trip.

Looks a very open affair, but Toby Two Scoops is chanced to freeze out the others.

2:30 AINTREE: CRUZ CONTROL

This horse has done backers a big favour in this race for the last two seasons – winning both runnings.

He’s back rated only a pound higher than last year’s win – but he won by an easy 5 lengths.

The Tom Lacey yard are also in cracking form, plus the break isn’t a worry.

As he won 12 months ago having last raced in December too.

I’ll take Cruz Control to glide home in this race for a third time.

3:05 AINTREE: STRONG LEADER

Another horse that has history in the same race he’s running in today is Strong Leader.

He won this in 2024 and was runner-up 12 months ago too.

We can ignore his last run as he just doesn’t seem to like Cheltenham.

But, in contrast he loves it here at Aintree – with his figures here reading 1-2-1-2.

Worth Knowing Today 🤔

🏇1:20 Aintree: Trainer Dan Skelton has that came back in October 2025.

It also came off a mark of 97 with a 7lb claimer riding and she’s back today off 103 with now claiming jockey.

Meaning a career best is needed today and at the odds – happy to look elsewhere for the winner.

Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ ‘Next Best’.

In simple terms, it’s the tipster’s second-strongest selection of the day. Not quite their headline pick, but the one just behind it in confidence.

How Does A Lucky 15 Horse Racing Bet Work?

A Lucky 15 is one of the most popular bets in horse racing – and for good reason.

It involves FOUR selections combined into a multiple bet.

The name ‘Lucky 15’ comes from the fact that your four picks create 15 separate bets, broken down like this:

6 Doubles

4 Trebles

4 Singles

1 Four-Fold

That’s where the 15 comes from.

A Lucky 15 is also similar to a Super Yankee, although that bet is bigger. A Super Yankee consists of 26 bets in total – 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four-folds and 1 five-fold.

If you fancy today’s selections, you can use our Lucky 15 horse racing tips above to build this type of wager.

How Much Does A Lucky 15 Bet Cost?

Because there are 15 separate bets involved, your total stake is multiplied by 15.

So, for example, a £1 Lucky 15 will cost £15 in total.

If you place it each-way (covering both win and place), the cost doubles. A £1 each-way Lucky 15 would therefore come to £30.

How To Place A Horse Racing Bet?

To place a bet, head to any of the horse racing betting sites, where you’ll see all the day’s fixtures and racecards.

Go to the ‘horse racing’ section and find the meeting and race time your horse is running in. Each runner will be listed with their current odds displayed alongside.

Once you’ve opened an account and deposited funds, you’re ready to go.

Click on the horse you want to back and it will be added to your bet slip. From there, enter your chosen stake and confirm the bet.

That’s it – you’re in.

Will There Be Any Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips Tomorrow?

Yes, simply bookmark this page and we’ll update it with a fresh set of Lucky 15 horse racing tips tomorrow.

You can also check the ITV Racing schedule to see when the free-to-air channel is next showing live racing.

Take a look below for today’s free Lucky 15 horse racing tips and daily CHEAT SHEET from Andy…

[4107
288,1071,79,16,15
post-888400","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-racing","tag-horse-racing","tag-racing","tag-sports","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom
["GET
