Dana White claims an offer was made for him and Eddie Hearn to settle their score in the ring.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The rival promoters have been at each other’s throats<\/a> since White crossed over to boxing with Saudi-financed Zuffa Boxing.<\/p>\n

White is 56 years old and admits he and Hearn are both ‘bums’ in boxing termsCredit: Getty<\/p>\n

Tensions came to a head when Zuffa snapped up one of Hearn’s biggest stars, Conor Benn, under his nose in February.<\/a><\/p>\n

After continually trading verbal jabs in the media, White ‘half-jokingly’, called out Hearn for a fight.<\/p>\n

And it turns out Saudi powerbroker Turki Alalshikh actually put forward a proposal to stage the grudge match.<\/p>\n

\u201cEddie Hearn’s a p***y. Eddie Hearn<\/a> ain’t boxing anybody. F****** posting pictures of himself hitting the f****** speed bag,” White said at the UFC<\/a> 327 post-fight press conference in reference to a recent video of Hearn working the speed bag.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt looks like it’s in slow motion. Yeah, Eddie Hearn.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd let me tell you what, if that did happen, me and Eddie Hearn are bums. We would be the first fight of the night.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese guys are talking like we’re gonna headline some f****** card or some s*** like that. Bums, okay?<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoever was talented on that card should be insulted if he and I were anywhere near.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny other slot other than the first fight of the night, and it shouldn’t even be on TV.\u201d<\/p>\n

White was then pressed on whether he\u2019s received any offers to legitimately take on Hearn in the ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah,\u201d he responded.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don’t think Turki [Alalshikh] would try to do that fight?<\/p>\n

\u201cOf course they [made me an offer]. Yeah. People are throwing offers around everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n

While White’s assessment of the quality of the fight is bang on the money, it would undoubtedly generate high viewership figures.<\/p>\n

And so it is no surprise that Alalshikh made an offer.<\/p>\n

Hearn, 46, boxed twice in the amateurs as a kid, while White, 56, claims to have had a handful of smoker fights in the 80s and 90s.<\/p>\n
